Hurry hard to the Brier! Enter our Facebook contest to win a Brier Ticket Package including two tickets to the Tim Hortons Brier at Credit Union Centre (March 10), two nights accommodation at the Travelodge Hotel Saskatoon (March 9 & 10), and a C$60 gift certificate for Calories Restaurant.
Terms and Conditions
1. Contest closing date is 11:59 p.m. (CST) on February 2, 2012.
2. This contest is open to residents of the continental U.S. and Canada* only where such contests are not prohibited by law. The winner must have reached the age of majority in the place he/she resides. Entry into the contest is subject to all federal, provincial, state and local laws and regulations.
3. All entries must be completed and received by the closing date. No responsibility will be taken for entries late, lost or misdirected or for any computer, online or technical malfunctions that may occur. Entrants further agree to release the contesting committee from liability resulting from, or related to participation in the contest.
4. Entries may not be made via phone, fax or email.
5. One (1) entry is allowed per person.
6. One (1) winner will be randomly drawn on February 3, 2012.
7. Sorry, but this contest is not open to employees of Tourism Saskatoon or their families.
8. The prize is non-negotiable and is not redeemable for cash.
9. The prize does not include transportation to, from and within Saskatoon.
10. The prize winner will be notified by email on February 3, 2012. The contest winner must respond within ten (10) business days or the prize is forfeited to another winner of a random draw.
11. Personal information collected during the course of this contest shall be used by the contesting committee solely for the purposes of conducting the contest and awarding prizes, and will not be used or disclosed for any other purpose unless requests for additional information are made in the entry form or if required by law.
12. All contest entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and adhere to the rules of the contest. The contesting committee in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person it finds to be in violation of these rules.
*Residents in the province of Quebec are not eligible to enter this contest.
